All of us at ABC Dental extend our gratitude for your patience and understanding during these uncertain times. We want to reassure you that we remain as diligent as ever in protecting the health of our patients and staff. Please know that we have amplified our cleaning and sanitizing efforts, and worked with our staff to follow up to date ADA and state guidelines amid the coronavirus outbreak to ensure our office is safe. If you feel sick or have a fever, we ask that you cancel your appointment as soon as possible. We look forward to getting you back on track with your oral health.


Sample Script 2

ABC Dental has implemented new protocols to insure the health and safety of our valued patients and staff. In accordance with ADA and state guidelines your visit will be slightly different to insure optimal safety. When you arrive for your appointment you’ll notice that we look a little different with PPE equipment. Our seating area is closed so we ask that you wait in your car until your appointment time and call the office to let us know you are here. If you need a ride we also ask that they wait in the car for you. We will ask a series of questions and take your temperature upon arrival into our office. Once in our office you’ll notice we’re the same friendly team dedicated to your oral health, with a few more safety precautions. Thank you for calling – we’ll be with you shortly.

ABC Dental is looking forward to seeing you back safe and healthy this summer. If your cleaning was postponed during the coronavirus pandemic, we invite you to reschedule your appointments for your entire family. Going forward, let’s all pledge to practice better dental hygiene for our families’ health and safety. When sick, isolate your toothbrush from others in your family. Wash your hands before brushing or flossing, and swap your toothbrush for a new one after you’re sick. We look forward to seeing you soon.

ABC Dental is here to help you maintain your oral and periodontal health after a break from preventative and necessary periodontal treatments. Continued home care is more important than ever, and we are ready to help keep your teeth and gums in tip top shape with checkups and treatments. As we all know, a healthy mouth improves overall health and immunity. We will be following all safety precautions to keep our facility, patients, staff and community safe and healthy.

Through all of the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, we know one thing for sure: ABC Orthodontics is thrilled to have you back in our office and summer is a great time to start and maintain braces! Since all of our patients are star patients, we know you’ve been taking great care of your braces, avoiding hard and sticky foods, and keeping your teeth clean. Please continue to be careful with summer snacks. Steer clear of barbecue ribs, corn on the cob, whole apples, potato chips and popcorn. Instead, reach for summer treats that won’t beat up your braces like watermelon, corn off the cob, berries, popsicles and of course…ice cream. Just make sure to brush and floss after you indulge!
